Built on referrals, not adverts
We began as an end of tenancy cleaning outfit working out of Reading — helping tenants get their deposits back, and landlords turn properties around between lets. Word spread. One thing led to another, and today we cover the whole home and garden: domestic cleans, commercial contracts, deep cleans, painting and decorating, and seasonal garden care.
What hasn't changed is the way we run. No call centres, no rotating strangers, no minimum spend. Just a small local team who answer the phone, quote fairly, and turn up when they said they would.

That's not a slogan — it's the reason most of our work now comes from people who've used us before, or been passed our name by a neighbour. It's slower to grow that way, but it's how we've built a team worth keeping.

Every technician is DBS-checked and fully insured before their first job. On repeat bookings we keep the same faces wherever possible — so you're not explaining where the bins go every week.
If something's missed, we come back
No arguing, no invoice games. If a room doesn't hit the standard we promised, tell us and we'll put it right at no extra cost. It's the only way we can hold ourselves to the checklist.
